Clean up of notices such as:

Notice: Trying to get property 'title' of non-object in course_credit_course_credit_load()
Notice: Trying to get property 'description' of non-object in course_credit_course_credit_load()
Notice: Trying to get property 'sub' of non-object in course_credit_course_credit_load()
Notice: Trying to get property 'weight' of non-object in course_credit_course_credit_load()

Caused by viewing a course with deleted credit types.
