Add meta property once to the header

Problem/Motivation

The metatag property added as many times as many attributes exist due to non optimal loop through the head tags.

Steps to reproduce

Invisible on front-end as browser displays the same tag only once.

Proposed resolution

Improve the loop through the head tags and add the new tag only once via code.
