Remove ConfigureSectionForm override because the needed getLayout() function is in core since 9.5

Problem/Motivation

It was needed until this issue was committed to core: #3044117: Add getter for layout object in Layout Builder's ConfigureSectionForm →

This whole altering is now unneccessary since 2 years. So to make the module code more maintainable, in a new major version remove the whole ConfigureSectionForm altering parts.
