Paragraph field as referenced default checked or one should be checked

I created a paragraph with 4 fields. 1 text plain, 2. Text format, 3 files, 4. boolean. Called the fields in content type using paragraph.
and set the Allowed number of values as unlimited in context type. When creating a content type, use multiple values of the reference entity. Now I want to set boolean fields as the Default option in the number paragraph fields and at list one option checked before saving the node. in case selected second first should be unchecked. So if no checkbox check the first element/ paragraph should be default checked and if manually selected uncheck the old one.
