Add YouTube Shorts support (D7)

Problem/Motivation

YouTube shorts urls are currently not supported and is not compatible with the current implementation of youtube_get_video_id().

Steps to reproduce

1. On a youtube field, enter a url to a youtube short.
2. Save form.

Proposed resolution

Patch the D7 version of the module like in D8 to support YouTube Shorts videos.

Here's a patch using the solution from https://www.drupal.org/project/youtube/issues/3293800 ✨ It is not possible to add youtube shorts RTBC but for the D7 version.
