Remove Drupal 9 support and use ^10.2 as new minimum required core version

Problem/Motivation

D9 is EOL, users of Diff on Drupal 9 can remain on old versions of the module. Additionally some PHPUnit tests are currently failing for integrations with other modules that already dropped support for D9. ^10.2 should be used as minimum core requirement to get rid of all test tweaks for Drupal core versions < 10.2.

Proposed resolution

  • Drop Drupal 9 support for module versions > 2.0.7
  • Set ^10.2 as new minimum required core version
