Convert action does not show

I am using Paragraphs (stable) as widget under Manage Form Display.

I have enabled the widgets: Duplicate, Collapse, Convert.

However, the Convert option does now show in any of tha paragraphs that I have created.

How can I make it appear as an option?

Everything else shows as desired. eg. Remove, Promote to Library, Duplicate, etc.
