Volunteer to speak at non-Drupal events about Drupal

Problem/Motivation

We need to create strong thought-leadership presentations about the Drupal product to bring to industry events.

Proposed resolution

Leverage slide decks that Promote Drupal is creating. Also potentially pull in the product team (contributors who are creating Starshot etc) to make sure we're highlighting Drupal innovation.

We need to write session descriptions and then reach out to event organizers to gauge interest.
