Does not work correctly with custom user forms

Related to 🐛 Support custom user form modes. Fixed which was in the 2.0.1 release.

We use form_mode_manager to create custom user form modes.
In those custom forms, the default value for the roles is not correct. It is only correct for the default "user_form".

See attached patch to fix this.
