Make configuration form more solid with Key module

Problem/Motivation

Currently it's hard to use the config form with enabled key module. The reason are required fields, if you have them empty in the config and overwritten via the Key module. Also the "Authorize application" currently is based on the form input.

Steps to reproduce

Proposed resolution

  • Don't make client id and client secret fields required anymore, so that the form can be saved any time
  • Make the "Authorize application" button work independently from the form input by ignoring all possible errors. It should only possible to authorize the application if the necessary config has been saved
