Format Name is same as Core "Responsive Grid" module.

Problem/Motivation

Format Name is same as Core "Responsive Grid" module so this is confusing that which is custom module.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install and enable module
2. Edit and view and click on format option
3. Now displaying two options for "responsive grid" as above screenshot
