The wrong output in the "ipaddress_mysql" formatter if the -None- option is selected in the formatter's settings

If -None- option is selected in the formatter's settings, currently a value 192.168.100.1/24 returns 192.168.100.0/24. It should return the [host]/[prefix] like 192.168.100.1/24.
