Social courses overrides to database breaking down OS 13 upgrade path

Problem/Motivation

Social courses has config overrides to add group type filters to the user group overview. In OS 13 functionality has changed. Unfortunately these config overrides have been saved to the database (not sure why, maybe incorrect update hook) and causes issues when update hook social_group_13001 runs through the views causing the hook to fail.

Proposed resolution

Remove the config overrides from the database, as we still have the as normal config overrides.
