Additional Checkbox for advanced terms

Hello,

I am selling digital goods.

What I need is an additional checkbox, indicating that the customer agrees to lose their right to a refund if a digital product is downloaded.

One checkbox for the end user agreement, like the module does,

and a second checkbox indicating that the customer agrees to the special terms regarding digital goods.

Any ideas how to solve this? Maybe it is a feature request?
