Ability to Disable the templates from UI.

Problem/Motivation

As Drupal Admin, I would like to disable the templates from the UI and not show them in CkEditor template Plugin.

Steps to reproduce

Provide a option to the templates with disable option, So that the authors cannot use them going further and Existing nodes using this template should work without any issue.
