Support Paragraphs fields

Problem/Motivation

It would be great to be able to generate Paragraphs entity type fields so that a value from the parent entity field could be mapped into a a field in a Paragraphs entity. So basically entity reference revisions field type.

User interface changes

To be able to choose a field in a Paragraphs entity as the target element.
For example a paragraph type could be a telephone number where there might be multiple fields:
- label
- type
- number
