Need to set default installation for blocks in region.

Problem/Motivation

When installing theme then default blocks (logo, main menu, breadcrumb, title etc..) should be assign in regions according layout design/theme design.

Steps to reproduce

Install theme and set as default. Now check home page.

Proposed resolution

Default config/install should be add in theme.
