Facets reset when narrow child filters

Problem/Motivation

The filter is reset when choose a child filter.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install or upgrade to Facets 3.0.0-beta1
2. Create view
3. Create a facets with hierarchy index enabled
4. Filter with facets
5. It works with the parent taxonomy term items, while the results is reset with the child items.
6. The default theme is used.
