Provide post update helper function to rename tokens

Problem/Motivation

In eca_post_update_rename_tokens_2_0_0() ECA renames tokens in existing models. Other modules may have to do a similar thing, so let's provide a helper function which does the magic and only receives the list of token names to be renamed.
