Add different log message when the option to not insert new result entities is selected

I attached a proposed patch with a solution for the problem.

Committed #2 with the following small changes:

• Updated code comments.
• Do not pass $existing_entity_id to the log message when skipping new entities because $existing_entity_id will be empty.

Automatically closed - issue fixed for 2 weeks with no activity.
