Doesn't work with layout_builder

aaron.ferris → made their first commit to this issue’s fork.

I can see the block needs the content types to be configured in order to render the links, one possible approach for this would be to set a flag if the node is 'layout builder' and allow the block in that case. The MR raised would still need 'Content' to be configured in the module settings.
