Fix GitLab CI issues (phpstan, stylelint)

Since we're using the bleeding edge of Gitlab CI, we're getting some warnings in our pipelines now that weren't there before. Let's see if we can fix those.

Phpstan:

  • Access to an undefined property $group_roles (6 occurrences)
  • Access to an undefined property $moderation_state (1 occurrence)

Stylelint:

  • Delete "··" prettier/prettier (10 occurrences)
