Cannot add a Paragraph Block without getting a fatal error

Problem/Motivation

On a fresh install - Any paragraph block cause a fatal error when I try to add NEW ones via the Layout Builder.

This is the error:

Uncaught PHP Exception Error: "Call to a member function hasAdminTitle() on null" at /app/web/modules/contrib/paragraph_blocks/src/Plugin/Block/ParagraphBlock.php line 136

I can place existing paragraphs which have been created on the node.

I have tried with Paragraph Blocks 3.1.3 and 4.0

I am using layout_builder_paragraphs 1.0 and Drupal Core 10.2.6
