Ah, it looks like it's an AJAX form. This may be a duplicate of https://www.drupal.org/project/turnstile/issues/3330710 🐛 Turnstile's api.js is not getting loaded when form is loaded through Drupal dialog Needs work - would you mind having a look at that, please?
