Unfortunately the realm name is suppressed in most modern browsers today... Marked 'won't fix' but its more like 'can't fix'
The reason is that this could be abused for phishing attacks, by putting some misleading message into the realm. The login dialog for http authentication is part of the trusted browser UI, and giving the server the opportunity to modify that UI - even by just displaying text - is a security risk. Therefore, most major browsers, mobile or otherwise, have removed the functionality. Sorry.
That said, I added a warning on the form indicating its likely not going to work anymore.
