I'm currently experiencing significant issues with my site and could use some help. Despite trying everything I could think of, the problem persists. I’m using the Search API (Database Index) with Facets. After a day or two, our site's performance plummeted, with TTFB (Time to First Byte) ranging between 20-35 seconds.
I investigated and found that the caching tables (cache_page & cache_data) are filled with entries (see attached image). Running a SELECT query on these tables in MySQL Workbench takes 127 seconds. In just 24 hours, there were 38,000 entries, which is unexpected given our site's traffic.
The entries seem to contain facets filter possibilities, so I deactivated the Facets plugin and removed plugin (cleared cache). However, after 24 hours, the tables were full again, and the page remained extremely slow.
I have also activated mysql slow queries log and all cache pages take ages (Image is attached).
This issue is occurring on a fresh Drupal 10 installation that I set up 2-3 weeks ago, with everything up to date. Any help or insights would be greatly appreciated.

So we found the issue, we got attacked by a bot net and thats why the cache was completely full. We blocked them and now everything works very smooth.
