Provide a default View for the current version

Problem/Motivation

Currently, although Statistics in core and 1.x contain Views integration to allow building custom views, it does not provide an example default view to make it easier to use.

We probably want to remove that small barrier to usage by providing a default view.

Add a default view that can be used as an example for custom ones or used just as is.

Remaining tasks

Evaluate the provided example and adjust for a more general use case, as that original is in french and tailored for a specific site.
