Provider undefined

Problem/Motivation

TMGMT is not recognizing any translation provider i add, even the file exchange provider.

Steps to reproduce

After installing TMGMT,
1. Go to Translation > Providers
2. Add Provider
3. Use "File Exchange" for the provider Plugin
4. Save

Now, submit a file for translation
1. Go to Translation > Sources
2. Select a file and click "Request Translation"
3. In the Dashboard screen, everything looks correct and i see the provider selected
4. Click on "Submit to Provider"
5. Then you get an error that says the provider is "undefined"
