Problem/Motivation

The settings aren't laid out as intuitively as they could be. Anything related to push notifications should be on the push notifications tab.

Throughout the module there is chunks of commented out code. Whilst in other places the code isn't formatted properly.

Proposed resolution

  1. Comb through the code correcting comments etc
  2. Move prompt related settings onto the push notification configuration tab. - Done
  3. Look for opportunities to improve help text on fields and fieldsets. - Done
  4. Improve the README file. - Done
