Create a "Why Drupal" deck for the marketing toolkit

Problem/Motivation

We need a deck people can use to pitch Drupal, which uses the Drupal brand, using the slide deck template.

It needs to be adjusted based on updates to the slide deck template, and it needs to have some default, compelling testimonials and case studies.
