Install theme and check on Appearance page.

Info file should update.

3.x should be

hayya_zymphonies_theme.info.yml

core_version_requirement: ^8 || ^9 || ^10

2.x is indeed <=9.

Are you sure you're using 3.0.2? Ive just pulled 3.0.2 down and it's enabled on D10.2 with no immediate issues.
