Work with core inline_form_errors module

Problem/Motivation

The captcha validation error is displayed as a status message, if the core inline form errors module is enabled, it should show error message right below the captcha

Steps to reproduce

1. Install inline form errors and captcha module
2. Configure captcha module on a form
3. Notice that error doesn't get displayed below the captcha field

Proposed resolution

Make captcha error show below the captcha field
