Support merge_fields parameters alter for the Mail Subscribe rules action

Problem/Motivation

We have clever_reach_rules_mail_subscribe rules action which can handle merged field only form rules settings.
Need to have a support of altering merged_fields, the same we do in clever_reach_rules_rules_action_user_subscribe_list.

Proposed resolution

Update the clever_reach_rules_mail_subscribe rules action with alter.
