Translatable RAC field does not handle translation grants

Problem/Motivation

Using a translatable access field on a node causes corrupt access grants.

Steps to reproduce

Set a translatable role access field on a node.
Create a node and translate the node.
Change the role access in different languages and check the node_access table for the node.
The grants are changing for all languages, which is not the desired behaviour.

Proposed resolution

This is definitely an edge case. Perhaps it is sufficient to add a clear description in the role access control fields on the settings page?
