The Bootstrap Progress bar container is replacing so Bootstrap Progress bar styles are breaking.

Is this expected behaviour?

If somebody is using bootstrap then it should not remove bootstrap classes.

I can't imagine this is an issue specific to views data export, is it? VDE is using the core batch API, it's not doing anything out of the ordinary other than that.

@ravi kant Are you seeing the same thing happen with, for example the update status module fetching module updates?

Is that a custom or contributed theme?
