Duplicated "Revisions" local task

Problem/Motivation

On Drupal 10.1 and later the Event Series and Event Instance pages are showing duplicate links for the "Revisions" local tasks. This is happening because we are defining these links in recurring_events.links.task.yml but this is not needed any more. Starting with Drupal 10.1 they are already automatically added by Drupal core. See change record Revision UI available to revisionable entities → .

Steps to reproduce

As an administrator or another role with permission to manage revisions, visit an Event Series page or an Event Instance page. Inspect the list of local tasks.

Proposed resolution

Remove the duplicates from recurring_events.links.task.yml.
