When you view a documentation page for a contrib module in mobile, the right sidebar with the links to *all* contributed modules is displayed at the top, so you need to scroll though ages of links before you get to the actual content. See:
Multiple possible. I think one can assess the overall value of having the links to all contrib documentations displayed at all, mobile and desktop alike. I'm not quite sure what the use case is here, as most people likely arrive at these via search or via links from the project pages or elsewhere.
If one decides to keep them, they could either be a dropdown or a search to minimize space, or for mobile one could display them below the main content, and not on top.
