Getting an error on chapgpt configure page.

Although it was previously marked as fixed, I couldn't locate the resolution. Since we are unable to alter the status of fixed issues, I'm creating a separate one for this matter.
I've observed that multiple configuration pages (Chapgpt, DALL·E Image Generation, Log Analyzer Settings, Prompt Explorer, Text to Speech) are causing exceptions and disrupting the site's functionality. To prevent site disruptions, I've implemented a redirection to the settings page if the API key is not present. Redirection to the settings configuration page should be considered a preferable approach.
I have created a merge request for this issue. Please review it at your earliest convenience.
