Full width wrapper for Footer

The option is already available to make footer regions full-width.\
Navigate to below path on theme setting page.
Bootstrap settings -> Layout -> Region
Now expand any region container and click on Full width wrapper for <<em>regionname</em>> region

Also doing this for the 4 regions the result is not what I asked for. The container (site-footer) must be full

The container width should be common for whole website.
But lets wait for reply by Maintainers.
