Move patches from Rocketship Core and Rocketship Profile to Distribution

Problem/Motivation

Patches in rocketship_core have long been a pain point for many developers, impeding them to smoothly upgrade their projects or work with custom core patches.
Time has come to finally move patches out of Rocketship Core and into Rocketship Distribution. That way patches are maintained by Rocketship team for Rocketship Distribution, but the maintenance of the patches for existing projects will be responsability for project owners.
