Meta issue or plan for Drupal 10/11

Problem/Motivation

We currently use this to provide our URL shortener service that currently has 39,064 active shortened URL's. I am more than willing to jump in and provide time to help work on issues and get this module working as well as working on migrations.

I understand that at a minimum we need to have the same functionality that exists in the Drupal 7 version. I did talk to some people at the Lullabot both at DrupalCon Portland 2024 and they suggested to get started with an issue to talk about next steps.

There is already a Drupal 10 version that is in use for quite some time. I'll be merging now some compatibility fixes for Drupal 11.. What you can certainly help is to test the module, and review any issues here and mark them RTBC. Once they are RTBC, I'll take a look at them and possibly merge them.
