Use this patch to completely remove the intrusive, unnecessary warning message
Fields that apply to all languages are hidden to avoid conflicting changes. Edit them on the original language form.

Tested with Drupal v10.2.6
This patch is never going into core. It just flat out removes the message (but not the corresponding tests, so the patch stays smaller)
