Label in Drupal views is not getting excluded when value of the field is empty

In Drupal Views the Label is not getting excluded for empty fields. In "No Results Behavior" i have selected "Hide if empty" option which is not excluding the label value i provided.
How to exclude the label value if the value is empty?
