Need to update slider display setting

ravi kant → made their first commit to this issue’s fork.

I have implemented the option in slider display settings to 'Show Slider' on the home page. Please check MR !7 above.

If we are providing option from theme setting then we can remove {% if is_front %} condition from template for slider.
So moving back to need work.
