Highcharts editor photos are not shown in help banner

Problem/Motivation

Hello, I have a problem with the images that should appear in the help banner since they are not displayed and also the banner can not being closed.

Tested on Drupal versions:
- core 9.5.11
- core 10.2.5

The libraries where updated to the most recent versions.

What I have: help-banner-local.JPG

What I expected to have: help-banner-official.JPG (photo from the official site demo)
