Improve CMRF Call Report with filter on Entity.Action

Problem/Motivation

The call report module shows the user the CRMF calls that are sent to CiviCRM. Someone debugging is often interested in calls of Entity Action combination. For example, all the Contact create Api calls. A filter that shows only the requests that contain this information would help.

Fixed: However for current installation the filter must be added manually or the cmrf_reports module must be reinstalled.
