Less destructive Fail for Incorrect Dataformat (show N/A)

Problem/Motivation

Often the source for a CiviCRM View Dataset is a DataProcessor API. As long as the DataProcessor creator does not touch the dataformat field, everything is fine. But if he does, and choses a non-standard format (for example d/m/Y), the view fails miserably with a long exception.

Proposed resolution

Show the value 'N/A' instead (That is short for not applicable). Add some documentation in the code, that is a pointer to the correct dataformat.
