Null argument in FormatterPluginManagerOverride when executing drush commands

Problem/Motivation

When running drush command (updb) the routeMatch->getRouteName() method is null

TypeError: str_starts_with(): Argument #1 ($haystack) must be of type string, null given in str_starts_with() (line 83 of /var/www/html/modules/sfds/src/Form
atterPluginManagerOverride.php).

Steps to reproduce

Execute `drush updb`
