Navbar menu does nothing when shrunk to hamburger

Problem/Motivation

Core 10.0.0-rc2, reactive menu for navbar does nothing when shrunk as hamburger.

Steps to reproduce

Fresh install of varbase core10.0.0-rc2
Reduce browser to below setting to reduce to hamburger or view on browser already that size like iphone.

Sorry if this duplicate, I logged in today and I don't see a cancelled version or anything, it is possible the submission didnt take
