Override mode not working with image style

Problem/Motivation

When the override mode is checked. The image styles don't work anymore and the original file is render.
It is due to the fact that in the file /web/core/modules/image/src/Controller/ImageStyleDownloadController.php, the function "deliver" call all the file_download hook.

For my project, the override mode is useful, but i don't know how resolved this.
